How do I get my assessment results?

For the learner the pass/fail result is displayed instantaneously on the screen after the assessment and online evaluation form is completed.

What is a “Star” user?

Star users are members of Redmos that have successfully completed the Recruitment Uncovered training course.

What is a “Top” user?

Top users are those who consistently achieve 95% or above on our assessments.

Is there a limit on attempts to take the test?

Yes, there is 1 attempt per assessment. If the assessment needs to be retaken, an additional token will have to be purchased / used.

Do I have to buy specific tokens for specific assessments?

No, one token will enroll any user onto any assessment.

What if I/my team members fail the assessments?

You will need to purchase/use another token and re-enroll to retake the assessment.

Do I/my team members have to register, to be enrolled?

Yes, individuals can only be enrolled onto assessments, if they have a Redmos account.

How do I enroll myself/my team for their assessments?

You must upgrade your account to a client account and register a company profile. Then you will need to do the following:

Should the whole workbook be completed before I start taking any assessments?

No, you should watch DVD 1, read module 1 in the workbook and then take the corresponding assessment.

How long is each DVD?

The DVD’s range from 25-35 mins.
