To become accredited by the RCSA you must demonstrate approved forms of Continued Professional Education (CPE). The Recruitment Uncovered series has been awarded maximum points of 25 by the RCSA. Which means that by completing the course, you will be eligible for RCSA accreditation. This will allow you to use the post-nominals MRCSA after your name, once you apply for membership to their program.

As a learner, you will be prompted to take a brief post assessment evaluation, then you will receive your results instantly. If you are successful you can visit your company account to view and print your e-certificate, which will also contain objective breakdown marks. As a client account manager, you will build historical statistics on those all staff who have attempted an assessment. Those who successfully complete the course shall receive a ‘Red Star’ symbol, which will appear next to their name around the site. This indicates to other members of the community that they have passed the Recruitment Uncovered training.
Redmos will then send online evaluation surveys at 6 and 12 month intervals, to help provide periodic evaluation to clients and
A learning outcome is a description of what you will be able to do once you have successfully completed the training.
To check the training content has been understood and to define areas of strength and weakness to help identify the next training steps. Additionally the complete course must be successfully completed in order to become an accredited Recruiter with the RCSA in Australia.
The DVD content makes up only a 3rd of the whole training series. The training would be incomplete without the other resources.
We estimate that each module should take 7-10 days to complete. So allow at least 6-8 weeks.
The DVD’s range from 25-35 mins.
No, you should watch DVD 1, read module 1 in the workbook and then take the corresponding assessment. You should only move onto module 2 once you have successfully completed the assessment for module 1. Follow this pattern through to module 6.
Yes the DVD’s should be watched in the correct sequence from 1-6. However once the course is completed, the DVD’s can be reviewed for reference in any order.
We estimate that each module should take 7-10 days to completed. There are activities with time estimations next to them, to provide a guide on how long you should spend on each activity.

Yes, unused tokens will expire one year after the date of purchase.
No, the assessments should be taken in exam conditions, you should not refer to ANY material in any form or speak to anyone else. There are time limits imposed on the assessments and by doing any of the above you also run the risk of running out of time.
You can review the number of tokens you have left at any time on your company’s website and purchase new tokens at any time via the products page.
For Managers a breakdown of results including time taken, individual exam objectives scores and attempts are shown on the company profile page. All historical data is maintained for your review at any time.
For the learner the pass/fail result is displayed instantaneously on the screen after the assessment and online evaluation form is completed. If you have passed the assessment your e-certificate with a breakdown of your results will be available to print/ view on your company’s profile page.
Star users are members of Redmos that have successfully completed the Recruitment Uncovered training course. A red star symbol will appear on your profile page and wherever your name is displayed around the site.
Top users are those who consistently achieve 95% or above on our assessments. A top user symbol (gold T) will be displayed on your profile page with the number of assessements you have completed next to it, for example T(4). If you drop below this percentile, your T will be removed until you regain a 95% average.
Yes, there is 1 attempt per assessment. If the assessment needs to be retaken, an additional token will have to be purchased / used.
No, one token will enroll any user onto any assessment.
You will need to purchase/use another token and re-enroll to retake the assessment.
Yes, individuals can only be enrolled onto assessments, if they have a Redmos account. They will be emailed simple instruction on how to do so once you send them an invite from your company’s profile page.
You must upgrade your account to a client account and register a company profile. Then you will need to do the following:
- Follow the instruction on your company’s profile page to invite individuals to join your company
- Purchase assessment token(s) via the products page
- Once they have accepted the invitation, they will appear on your company profile and you can use the tokens to enroll them onto the assessments.
No your personal account remains unchanged, your company account is additional.
