In order to purchase assessment tokens you will need to UPGRADE your account to a client account and register a company. Then you can invite people to join your company and use your tokens to enroll them in the assessment. You will also use your client account to access the statistical reporting.

To become accredited by the RCSA you must demonstrate approved forms of Continued Professional Education (CPE). The Recruitment Uncovered series has been awarded maximum points of 25 by the RCSA. Which means that by completing the course, you will be eligible for RCSA accreditation. This will allow you to use the post-nominals MRCSA after your name, once you apply for membership to their program.

As a learner, you will be prompted to take a brief post assessment evaluation, then you will receive your results instantly. If you are successful you can visit your company account to view and print your e-certificate, which will also contain objective breakdown marks. As a client account manager, you will build historical statistics on those all staff who have attempted an assessment. Those who successfully complete the course shall receive a ‘Red Star’ symbol, which will appear next to their name around the site. This indicates to other members of the community that they have passed the Recruitment Uncovered training.
Redmos will then send online evaluation surveys at 6 and 12 month intervals, to help provide periodic evaluation to clients and
A learning outcome is a description of what you will be able to do once you have successfully completed the training.
To check the training content has been understood and to define areas of strength and weakness to help identify the next training steps. Additionally the complete course must be successfully completed in order to become an accredited Recruiter with the RCSA in Australia.
The DVD content makes up only a 3rd of the whole training series. The training would be incomplete without the other resources.
We estimate that each module should take 7-10 days to complete. So allow at least 6-8 weeks.
