Easy to understand, good content, the online tests are a good idea as the reporting at the end is useful to see.

The Redmos course provided information on aspects of recruitment which I hadn’t considered before, such as the importance of questioning techniques and the useful candidate and client meeting structures. I could relate to Lucy in the DVD’s and found the training really useful.

All professional Recruitment Consultancies should have a copy of the Recruitment Uncovered series in their office. It’s got everything in one place, and covers recruiting principals extremely well. A strong Recruitment 101 tool, with up to date content on using social media for leads and an excellent section on Business Development and creating Premium Candidate and Client experiences.
All you need "in a box"
Finally the industry has been given a comprehensive and cheap training tool. Recruitment Uncovered is basically all you need ‘in a box’. It’s great that I didn’t have to travel to a classroom, and had the flexibility of watching the DVD’s when it suited my schedule. Also, I found it useful to constantly refer back to the material whenever I needed a refresher. I particularly enjoyed DVD 4 and DVD 6 where the Basket Theory and Mind Mapping techniques were shown. The content was explained well and sound examples used throughout the series. Well done Redmos, I’m looking forward to your future releases.

Interesting material, well explained. It’s a good idea using video, as well as activities in the book, as I could study the material in my own time.
